Tony Fraser – Founder and Managing Director
After 25 years in the industry, Tony is an experienced business leader in European pharmaceuticals, with a passion for building and growing businesses which bring life enhancing medicines to patients. He has a first-hand understanding of the building blocks required for new market entry and company launch, with a proven track record of success.
Tony spent 12 years at HRA Pharma in senior commercial leadership roles central to their sales growth from €40m in 2009 to €250m in 2020. His successful startup of the HRA UK & Ireland operation, and his subsequent role as European Regional Director, have given him a wealth of experience in company build and scale-up, as well as launching new products in the UK and European markets.
Having headed up businesses at national and regional levels, in both pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare, Tony decided to launch MoorPharm Consulting to help support others who may be facing market entry challenges that he can help resolve.
