To test the new service concept with a number of senior commercial and market access leaders, attaining robust feedback through in-depth interviews

Actions undertaken

  • Concept themes developed to enable clear presentation thereby achieving full understanding of what the service would entail
  • Structured interview discussion guide developed to ensure efficient and effective interviews, maximizing the value and consistency of feedback
  • Interviews with senior leaders set up and executed, focused on concept value to interviewee as well as its utility, and differentiation from other services
  • Data collated and report presented noting critical themes and making clear recommendations

  • Strengthened position providing support to Industry as ICSs appoint Chief Pharmacist and build organisational capabilities
